- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Since going with Farm Bureau, it has been a complete nightmare. I wasn't charged what I was quoted, any question I had over the phone turned into having to stop in because they NEVER returned phone calls, my insurance broker just quit one day, my premium went up after the first year and no one knew why, you have to pay "membership" fees yearly apart from your premium, and they drafted my last bill after assuring me I would have to send that in by mail so I wouldn't be doubled charged after switching insurance companies.
